Who Am I?
I turned 38 this year, and with two small kids and a full-time software developer job, staying active is not easy. Staying consistent is tough—and sometimes it feels like getting injured is my real hobby.
I need someone to tell me when to push and when to back off, and to keep me accountable even when life gets in the way.
My goals aren’t just about looking fit. I want real strength, explosiveness, endurance, skills, and mobility.
That’s why I’m building this trainer – to reach my goals safely, leveraging the knowledge and power of AI.
